Tax ID No. (CIF) A-15025281, (hereinafter INTERNACO) notifies users of this website under its ownership (located at the URL www.benza.es, hereinafter benza.es), about its PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY. Given that Personal Data is collected from users through its website by means of e-mail, forms or other similar means, it is necessary to comply with this Data Protection Policy.
INTERNACO is faithful to the spirit of the Personal Data Protection Law, approved by Organic Act 15/1999, of 13 December.
I. Personal data
Under the provisions of Organic Act 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, INTERNACO notifies users of the existence of an automated personal data file created by and for benza.es and under its responsibility.
Through this notice, all users accessing the benza.es website are informed that our data protection policy is based on one fundamental principle: the user’s absolute freedom to determine whether they wish to provide personal data to benza.es.

benza.es works with users’ personal data when they register as customers via the website, make online enquiries, or subscribe to receive emails.
Due to the B2C (Business to Consumer) nature of this website, when registering as a registered user, benza.es requests the user’s name, address, contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail) as well as additional information which in any case is for the strict and exclusive use and purpose of the function for which it is requested, and remains under the total confidentiality of benza.es or INTERNACO.
When requesting the cancellation or modification of registered users’ data, benza.es always asks for the login details in order to protect the personal data of its registered users.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, responses to personal data are voluntary, and failure to answer these questions does not imply a reduction in the quality or quantity of the corresponding services.
The user guarantees that the personal data provided to benza.es are truthful and is responsible for notifying the website of any modification of said data.
III. Security
benza.es has adopted personal data protection security levels and all the technical and organisational measures within its power to try to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access and theft of the Personal Data provided by the user, taking into account the limitations of the Internet, subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Agency, the Regulation on Security Measures for automated files containing personal data, approved by Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 July, and the legal regulations in this regard.
IV. User rights

V. IP Addresses
benza.es logs IP addresses (which all users have) exclusively for internal purposes, such as access statistics and market segmentation. Under no circumstances will they be disclosed to third parties or used to disclose personal data.
VI. Questions and suggestions
